Returns & Refunds

We guarantee you all products are exempt from defects and want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the item within 30 days from the delivery date for a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges)

 

If upon receiving your purchase, there are any noticeable discrepancies or damages, or if the item is not what was ordered, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your shipment and we will help you.

 

The article you wish to return:

  • can be sent back to us only after you have received confirmation from us
  • must be sent back within 7 days from the date we accept the request for return.
  • must be unused, clean, not damaged in the original packing and tags.
  • must be returned complete of all of its parts and accessories.
  • the shipment must be notified the same day you will send back the item by confirming the tracking number, if possible.

All returned items are carefully inspected and in case they are not in compliance with their original conditions, the return will not be accepted.

*Diamonds products and crystal porcelain art is custom made products and can't be returned.

You can write the reason for return and our support team will replay you within 24 hours to continue the process.

We will not issue refund for returns that do not satisfy all of the conditions indicated above

anyway you will have the option to require the return of your item in the same condition MisterCanvas has received it, at your charges, within 30 days after our notification of receipt.

Refunds are processed within approximately 7 business days from the return.

Your refund will be credited back to the same credit card or paypal account used to pay for the original purchase.

Your account should be credited within one or two billing cycles from the date of return depending on the refund policy of the credit card used.
